Design Lab: Concept & Illustration

Before a game is coded or a story is written, the world needs a face. The Design Lab is where abstract ideas turn into concrete visuals. This isn’t just about making things look “cool”—it is about solving visual problems.

Visualizing the Unknown

Drawing from my background in tattoo art and print, I favor bold lines and clear readability. I don’t hide mistakes behind blurry effects. I create distinct visual assets that you can use as a reference for 3D modeling, storytelling, or world-building.

Common Requests:

  • Character Design: Establishing the anatomy, costume, and attitude of your protagonist or villain.
  • Prop & Item Design: Weapons, artifacts, and machinery that look like they actually function.
  • Mood Sketches: Quick, atmospheric illustrations to establish the lighting and “feel” of a scene.

Whether you need a rough sketch to guide your team or a polished illustration for a book cover, we start with the concept and end with a solution.
